These terms are an agreement between the Shopify store that installs Noluco ("you") and 8-FigureFellowship Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("Noluco", "we"). By installing or using Noluco you accept them.
Noluco is a Shopify app that reads how shoppers browse your store, reports why they left without buying, and, if you connect them, sends those reasons to your Klaviyo, Meta or Google accounts. Some features are in early access and may change.
The daily report is free. Paid plans are billed monthly through your Shopify invoice using Shopify's billing system, at the prices shown in the app when you subscribe. You can change or cancel your plan in the app at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; charges already made are not refunded except where Shopify's policies or the law require it.
We handle shopper data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You own your store's data. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics that identify neither you nor any shopper to improve Noluco.
Don't use Noluco to identify individual shoppers, to target children, to make health claims your products can't support, or in any way that breaks the law or Shopify's terms.
We work to keep Noluco running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features; we'll tell you in the app before removing anything you pay for.
Noluco is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or sales, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. On uninstall your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
