Deleting your data

If you run a store

• Disconnect a service (such as Klaviyo) in Noluco → Settings. We delete that API key immediately.
• Uninstall Noluco from your Shopify admin. Connected keys are deleted at once. All of your store's data is deleted when Shopify sends us its shop deletion request, about 48 hours after uninstalling.
• Or email vuk@8-figurefellowship.com from your store's account email, with your store's myshopify.com address. We confirm deletion within 30 days.

If you shopped at a store that uses Noluco

Noluco never learns your name or email, so we can't look you up by them. Two ways to remove your data:

• Ask the store to delete your data. Shopify forwards the request to Noluco and we delete everything linked to your customer account.
• Withdraw consent in the store's cookie banner. Noluco stops right away and removes its cookies from your browser. Anything already collected is deleted automatically within 90 days.

Data received from Meta, Google or Klaviyo

Noluco doesn't log anyone in with Meta, Google or Klaviyo and receives no profile data from them. It only sends them the reason a shopper left, together with their own code. To remove that data from those services, use their own tools or ask the store.
